I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience living at a 230 W Alabama property managed by RCMI. The level of negligence and lack of accountability from management is unacceptable. Most recently, pest control was scheduled for my apartment without any notice given to me as a tenant — a clear violation of tenant rights. So far my experience with RCMI leaves a lot to be desired. They manage the apartment complex I have lived at for 4 years. Parking at this complex is abysmal. Show up after 5pm and you can forget about parking inside the gate legally. We were recently told that "corporate" wasn't allowing the complex to tow vehicles that are parked in covered parking spots that we have to pay for. Where do I start? Poor management Fireplace was not ready at time of moving in. They say it may be a year! Unrecognized in office/mistaken identity .... Give me a minute, I’ll remember more.

On May 23, 2019, I went to my apartment’s leasing office (Westlake Residential located in Pearland, Texas) to have my key fob battery checked. Cynthia, a leasing agent approached me to notify me that my internet provider, Comcast, did not renew their contract with Westlake Residential and I had to turn in my Comcast equipment on May 31st 2019.
