Absolutely love the husband and wife team they gave us a fair price and went above and beyond
Very unprofessional. I spoke to the wife, who is the scheduler, last week. And she said they might be able to come this week but would give me a call on Monday to confirm. So far, very professional. Then she called me all of a sudden today saying they had a cancellation and were in the neighborhood, asked me if they could come. I happened to be in another appointment with another roofer and let her know I would be available in 10 min. She then said she would follow up with me these two days.
