I came on at 650pm I work nights and we were told they close at 645pm. I have an abscess tooth with half my face double size. New to the community. There us no compassion here. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them for veterinary care.
This is absolutely the worst immediate care I've ever been to and I don't even understand how this place has over a 3 star rating. I've been misdiagnosed 3 times here on separate occasions and i even knew what was wrong with me/what medicine I needed but they told me nah it's something else only to give me the wrong type of medication for my issues going on. My family and I decided to stop in right before they closed for the day so that my son could be seen. We were out of options after driving all the way back from DeKalb because my son had an appointment at the greater health family clinic in dekalb however, upon arrival, we were told that we were 2 minutes late and my son was not able to be seen. The best overall experience at a medical facility in my entire life. Friendly, professional, welcoming staff. In 90 minutes, my wife and I were in and out. So efficient, not a moment of our time was wasted. I was called in by a nurse immediately after checking in. While my wife was checking in, I was getting my vitals taken. While I was seated in a room, her vitals were being taken. My wife joined me in the room, and the doctor promptly followed. We were thoroughly examined, and given treatment before we were on our way. Service is always kind and respectful. Usually a quick turn around when we have used it. Staff us always very thoughtful when doing an exam. Would recommend and go back as needed
