This company has posted my man's address in Detroit as a foreclosure home, and the taxes haven't been paid. When in fact that his taxes are all up to date, and he does own his home. The person in question who has been giving us ongoing problems for many years who also works for a real estate company is Darlene Lewis which I believe still works for Century 21, who is racist towards other people of a different race then hers. If I could give 0 stars I would, they sold the house without warning, lied about the land lord coming to check the property come to find out it was the new home owner who’s is very rude, he didn’t have no information on me and family staying which we had been since late 2019, the way he treated us since getting the house in 2021 is very uncomfortable, city inspector keeps coming out because the repairs the old owner didn’t fix, he has to fix, instead of paying the amount of rent we paying it needs to be lower because the hou... read more
My rental experience was excellent when it came to repairing the neccessary things that's needed to maintain daily life . 1 call is all it takes for maintenance is knocking on your door to make the quality repairs.
