First off I'd like to say your team did an amazing job, both the crew and Kurt. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a matter I'd assume everyone could understand. From why the issue was happening to how the repairs are conducted. I personally wasn't present during the repairs, I was on vacation with my family.
