Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! They never answer their phones and you can’t even leave a message because it says “mailbox full”. I had them install my generator 2 years ago and I can’t get them to perform the necessary maintenance!!!! Stay far away from this company because they were sold to a national company out of Georgia and you can’t get them to even return a call.
One of their drivers this morning at 7:30 AM going onto the ramp, heading southbound almost ran me off the road while I was merging onto a lane. The driver decided to sped up for no reason.
Excellent company that stands behind their work. We had a generator issue that required repair and found Anderson to have very qualified technicians who were punctual, respectful, kept me fully informed, and did an excellent job. We would happily recommend them.
These are serious professionals. They installed the generator and gas tank along with several load balancers, gave us excellent advice on EV charging with load management, and replaced our external service panels. They were also good at getting city permits. We are very happy with the results!
