I’ve owned a unit at Sammamish Waterway Condominiums in Redmond, WA for nearly 20 years. As we prepare to sell the property, I wanted to share my experience with RCA Management. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I believe our HOA has done a reasonably good job over the years. poor responsiveness from our property manager, resulting in crime in the neighborhood
This is by far the worst company to utilize for any property management or HOA management services. The "president" of the company always seems to conveniently be out of the office and when you CAN get ahold of him he is all around useless. I would warn anyone looking for property or HOA management services to steer clear of this company.
