poor responsiveness from our property manager, resulting in crime in the neighborhood
This is by far the worst company to utilize for any property management or HOA management services. The "president" of the company always seems to conveniently be out of the office and when you CAN get ahold of him he is all around useless. I would warn anyone looking for property or HOA management services to steer clear of this company.
This company is trash. No professionalism and they don’t seem to care about their clientele. Definitely won’t be using them in the future.
0 Star rating would better describe RCA Management Business! On January 1, 2021 we began an agreement for Management Services between RCA Management, Inc and Maple Knolls of Richmond Beach Homeowners Association. Richard Redelfs, President of RCA acted as the representative of our HOA with 31 Homeowners. Very soon into the agreement the Board realized that Richard was not upholding the contracted services.
