Near flawless experience online and delivery was as good.
Horrible! on delivery brought two of the SAME sides of the sectional. No biggie right the guy was super empathetic and said they would bring the correct side the following day. called today...the rep said delivery IS NOT EVEN SCHEDULED!! and now they can't come until Saturday? what in the actual #@$&! PAID delivery fee and everything! No customer service to make anything right, nothing! Just an oh you have to wait. Well we have choices, a lot of them in Vegas when it comes to furniture. Guess who I won't be recommending.
they need to get customer service people at the corporate office that tell the truth and not lie to there customers . i wish i would have know the truth the first time i called them and i wouldn't have done any business with them . but i know better now never trust anyone in rc corporate office buidling .

We purchased expensive entertainment center chairs less than 3 months ago and they are broken. There have been ongoing problems with the electrical components so the foot rest, back and head will not move. We have tried to contact them and have it repaired or replaced without any response. They sell poor quality merchandise and give no customer service after the sale.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN EVER!!!!!! I spent $4,000 on a bedroom set and when it was delivered they damaged multiple walls and a door frame. I was contacted by their claims department and told someone would be coming out to get an estimate on the damages for repairs. Well it's 6 months later and no one ever came and regardless of how many times I call and leave messages no one ever contacts me back. Now I'm looking for someone so that I can pay to get the damages is repaired.

I had a great experience! James Spellman was very knowledgeable and upbeat. I personally work in sales so I can be intolerant of the "process" but I had pre-shopped on the app and he took me directly to what I needed and had us in and out pain free! I will be a return customer most definitely!
