We love Wahl Jewelers. We originally went there to get a diamond ring repaired. Then we had other pieces cleaned and appraised. Recently, we bought our anniversary bands. There was a slight problem with one of them, which was on the manufacturer's side. The problem was fixed quickly. The staff is very friendly and their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend Wahl for your jewelry purchases.

Absolutely appalling customer service! DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I have been treated poorly here on multiple occasions; from insinuating that we “get what we pay for” as to why there have been issues with my ring (a $9000 + ring, mind you) to the last straw of refusing to do repairs on a ring I dropped off AFTER I got home, (because my husband called and was very upset, and “said some rude things”)... we are finally done. After 5 years of terrible service, we can’t wait to find a new jeweler!!
Doesn't matter if you are getting a $30 repair or buying a major purchase the service that they give you is superb!!! From custom pieces to pieces in the case, there is no where else to go!!!
