I was referred here. The place is primarily for trucks but seemed happy to work on my Toyota Sienna . It’s new to me and needed tires. I asked for 4 season tires with winter rating and requested a full inspection. They found and repaired some small problems , swapped a couple of bushings and installed 4 very good Falken tires. A day or so after I noticed my tire pressure warning was on. I took it back and they found a defective sender. Toyota wanted over a hundred$ per unit. Unbelievable customer service here!!! The ladies in the office are super helpful and very nice. Definitely a commercial tire place but have help out when our tires were flat or needed new ones on our vehicles. Would recommend this place 100%
The service and product was excellent. We just had tires replaced on diesel motorhome by Tirecraft Victoria. In setting this up the staff were very helpful with giving me useful information on options. Then when it came time to have the tires installed the shop staff were waiting for me and performed the work as effectively and efficiently as could be asked. I will have no hesitation to recommend this business.
