RC Roofing was referred to us by a co-worker who said that Ryan Carson does very good work. We felt we needed a new roof and gutters so Ryan came out and looked at the roof and shed and noticed a few areas that needed some wood repairs and sent us a quote that we felt was pretty reasonable. We then filed a claim with our insurance company and hired RC Roofing to put a new roof and gutters on our house and shed. Rating would be 10 if possible. When I contacted Ryan and explained it would only be a small job he came to my house within the hour. He looked at replacing part of the gutter with another downspout connection and gave me a quote. He called me later that evening and said he and crew would be at my house at 10:00 the next day. Ryan, owner of RC Roofing was quick to respond and came out personally to evaluate my very leaky metal shop roof. After assessing the problem and devising plan, he quoted a more than reasonable agreed upon price and sent out a 4 man crew led by Teno to make the repairs. I was impressed, Teno and his crew did an excellent job making all the necessary repairs and made sure the area around the shop was well picked up and I was satisfied with their work before leaving the job site. We had a very positive experience with Ryan and his team! Ryan came out and looked at our roof and agreed it in fact did need to be replaced. He stood up for us when our insurance adjuster was telling us false information and trying to get out of replacing our roof. Without him educating the second adjuster who came out, we wouldn’t have been able to get a new roof. Ryan and his team did such beautiful, quality work.
