If you want your property converted to a SLUM then hire Rc Property Managers otherwise don't waste your time or money. Unfortunately, I have experience with these people and property damages exceeded $9000 in 18 months - and you get the bill! They are an arrogant, incompetent, slovenly business with service limited to cashing a monthly rental check for 8% net. There is NO VALUE to hiring Rc Property Managers.
Great Company – Great rental Company that helped me and my family get into a place quickly. Always there to help with repairs. The always answer the phone when i would call. I have been a tenant for 3 years now and love it here.
Terrible Rental Company – One star might be an overstatement. I have been renting from this company for two years now. I have been a good tenant. They have been a poor company. A month after moving into this recently updated condo, the lock broke. It was over 2 hours before the locksmith showed up. Time enough for me to eat lunch, break in, get the lock "workable" myself, change clothes, and pack to leave my apartment for the day. The office is a 15 minute drive away.
