approval and moving in to rental property was a positive experience since I hadn't rented in >30 years. Ran into issues through out the lease. Had no A/C for 4 days and house temp of 86 degrees in the summer. Informed Andreas I was going to be late on rent by 10 days. Was assessed over $400 in fees. When plumbing backed up into the bathtub, had to pay $100 to have it unclogged. Could not make complete rent payment in one transaction due to limits in their system. Andres was great. We saw the house on Saturday and by Tuesday he has us approved and moving in. The process was speedy, seamless, and I highly recommend their service.
