Called to have someone go out to a rental property to unclog a clogged toilet. Agreed to $129 service fee. Awesome speedy service as Austin showed up within one hour. I should have known something was wrong as all other plumbers said could not come until next day as it was 4 pm on Sunday when I called RC. They never mentioned surcharge and since service fee was $129 I assumed I was paying for a Sunday night service call. have used this company two times this year. Their standard Mo is to come out and diagnose the issue. Once you have agreed and they have started the repair, they "discover" additional issues and you then have to agree to pay double, or triple the original quote. On the second repair, the plumber came out and quoted the repair. He told me that they would have to demo part of the wall and floor, but not to worry "we will clean that up and fix it".
