Wow! I was blown away today by Running Central and their costumer service. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions!! I couldn’t feel better about shopping local today and will continue to support this amazing store. Peoria is lucky to have a store like this. Well done!

I purchased a pair of shoes from there a while back and they didn’t work for me.. Brian just sat with me for over an hour to make sure I had the right shoe and right fit for me and changed them out no questions asked.. that customer service is amazing.. highly recommended

Had the best service and they were great with my kids. Love my new shoes and wore them today for a long walk. What a difference, no pain in shins!!! Great fit!!!! I always recommend RC!!!

Wish your team member could have taken the time to find a shoe that worked for me after I was having foot issues in my new shoes.... she was rude, and turned and walked away from me after showing me 2 options without a proper fit... you have top of the line equipment, yet I was fitted with a shoe too narrow for me and causing me pain... never once offered a true fit, even the second time when I was asking for help with the fit I knew was wrong for me........... unfortunate.......�

My grandma and I went around 6 on a Monday night and max helped us. He was polite and just listened to what we wanted without being a pushy sales person type. That impressed me very much 😊

Great local business! Dawn fit me for new running shoes and she is a rock star. Very nice, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic staff, cool products, quality brands, etc. Can’t say enough good things about Running Central.
