Horrible they told me the wait would be 10 minutes for a pedicure and I've waited for 30 mins and they haven't even offered me a drink or ask me anything how rude like there customers aren't important
its ok, but other salon does a better job. they did my pedicure in 10 min. other salon takes there time 25minutes. do the math. Full set bubbles on sides. ewww !
terrible work, treats customer bad.
I went in to get a full set and the way the guy did it, I wasn't happy. The owner said to come back the next day (they had gotten busy) and I did. She completely redid them for free! It was really awesome :D She did an excellent job! I was really impressed and I plan on making a trip back again soon. This was first time trying to get my nails done in Lubbock and I'm glad I went here.
Good service, clean, and nice people. I would recomend Star Nails to anyone.
