They do not fix pretty much anything u need done with maintenance and not to mention there places are run down
Has done nothing but been useless to us since we moved in took them forever to come fix our roof and had to fix the porch on our own

Was looking for rent to own houses and all the ones they have are falling apart and dangerous There's one they have that has a chimney fixing to collapse and a busted garage with trash inside and it's a mess.
