The new maintenance guy Jason is absolutely incredible. He was on time and very kind and did the job exactly how he was suppost to if you want a good maintenance guy to come fix things for you the right way and on time request Jason. Thank you again .
Tenant for a few months now and the house has lil quirks but not an issue. Rent price is decent I just hate paying for water. Help is iffy depending who you go to but they all do their job and some really wanna help. Rate could change but we'll will see. UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars 2nd round at rc they have fixed the bugs, move in stuff I needed done, gas figured out instead and 2 clogs figured out fast and easy. Reasonable priced this place and the first. Trying to go bigger with them when lease ends.
RC has treated us well and they are quick with the inspection/maintenance requests!

RC Management has been a life line in every situation from relocating to Danville in 2019. I felt God's grace and mercy and RC Management was right here allowing me to move in without all the funds and set up payment/late fees. They have always stepped up to fix and manage everyone of their properties that I have lived in via tenants portal and now the new app Meld that allows you to put in your work order.
