Paid RC law $5,000 only for him to abandon me during representation, Mr. Childress filed a horrible petition, listed a defendant not affiliated with my issue, charged me the sum of $5,000 for a petition, admissions, and interrogatories. He didnt even complete discovery phase and just abandoned my case. When the real defendants provided fabricated/ forged documents & invoices, lied during partial discovery I immediately brought this up to Mr. Childress he did nothing!
