You get a different lawyer than the one you thought you hired. Very disorganized. Says they’ll complete paperwork in so many days and then it’s not done at the time they say it will be. Oh and then when they give you paperwork to complete, you send it back to them promptly and then hear nothing from the practice. A few weeks go by, and a different person from the practice sends you the same paperwork to fill out! It’s absurd how they run this place. Also, they drag things on to get more money from you.
