We hired RC Cleaning LLC to clean our office building. After their first day I walked into the office and immediately noticed the difference. Our office looks brand new. They left everything in order, and addressed all of our problem areas. They are efficient and easy to schedule with. If you're looking for a cleaning service, hire the best. I also hesitated writing a review because I know the importance of them, but I do have to agree this service is not good and should be avoided. We hired this company for more than a year and when we had the same staff at first cleaning our house it was great. However, over time we had several problems: 1. Staff constantly changed, 2. Time for cleaning constantly changed though we repeatedly asked them to pick a certain time and stick with it, 3. Fast, efficient, and trustworthy.
I hired RC Cleaning Servies to deep clean my apartment after I moved out. They were outstanding. One of her employees broke a blind on the window, and as promised, Tasha refunded me the cost of the repair. It was not expensive, especially considering the 4 or 5 employees working on my apartment and how fast they competed. I had the walkthrough inspection by my landlords after the cleaning was done, and they ended up giving me back my full deposit of $875. Great cleaning service! They are fast, thorough, friendly and very professional! The cleaners use environmentally friendly products and my tubs and sinks haven't been this clean and free of hard water stains since they were installed! I highly recommend this service!
We made a terrible mistake hiring this group. Hired them for two hours of work to help us clean a house we were moving out of. I went through the house twice with them to tell them what I needed done, including with the supervisor, and the supervisor told me that they could do that in two hours. At the end of the two hours, perhaps 1/3 of what they said they would do was done. They refused to finish the job except at my expense.
