RC Automotive is a great place to purchase a car. Owner is Barr. Great guy. Stands behind his word. Staff is dedicated. Great cars and inventory is full. Very reputable.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! SHOP A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP! We drove all the way up from Arizona to purchase a car we RC Auto had advertised on the internet. They told us they had the car checked out by their onsite service and they found no issues. WRONG!! After purchasing our Porsche from RC Auto we drove it less than 5 hours before the check engine light came on. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! – Had a deal done over the phone for a week and bought a plane ticket from Vegas to pick up the M3 and the owner sold the car out from under me 2 days before I was to arrive. He knew I was coming and I didn't get so much as a courtesy call. It looks like they are good at selling cars out from under people (read other reviews!)! Now, I am stuck without a car and a non refundable plane ticket. Looks like these guys don't need loyal customers. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
Absoulety the best folks to buy a car from! – Truely you can not ask for a better group of folks to be on your side when it comes to purchasing a car. As many of you have experienced the car salesman attitude this was not found by us at Rc Auto. Rick and Chris were especially helpful. Best Car Purchasing Experience Ever – Finding a car had been a very difficult task for me. Incredibly horrible – Last season I was looking to trade in my car for a truck. Winters are horrible in Utah for driving, so I was looking for a truck with 4WD that could handle better in the snow. I looked all over and finally found a truck within my price range that I liked. Luckily for me, the owner is a family friend. My Experience was excellent... – I almost did not go into RC Automotive after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I traded in my Ford Freestar and purchased a Chevy HHR. I love the car! DO NOT TRUST!!!! – I am so sick of RC I could die! I recently bought a 2007 Acura TL from them, they were suppose to replace the battery as when I test drove the car over to my brothers house less than 10 miles away, parked the car to show him he had to then jump start the car to drive it back to RC. This never happened they stated that since it was working now there was no need to replace the battery. A day or 2 later the brakes were found to be unsafe and needed to be replaced. Steer Clear! – Bought a vehicle from these guys in November. It is now March and the vehicle has been in the shop more than it has been on the road. Nothing but problems!
