We hired this company to do a small installation of turf grass. The owner/rep Joseph told us the product he was going to use was “non-directional” and that it was the newest product he had. Someone showed up to drop off the turf in the AM and just threw down the roll and drove off. The installers did not arrive until several hours later – they were supposed to arrive at 8 AM and did not show up until 11AM.
