When I recently bought my new road bike I was excited to go to a local bike shop for the essentials. Since I did not have years of experience, I asked the staff questions. We stopped in for repairs on a bike we did not purchase here, and we are definitely not the typical customers in a shop like this (definitely not cyclists!) and after negative experiences elsewhere expected the same here. Not he case! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. They were more than happy to take care of us and for a totally fair price, too! I had a great experience here - highly recommended! Thanks!

Stopped in today for some information. After riding a few bikes and talking about options. The employee Jay was very honest and knew exactly what would fit my needs. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Looking forward to picking up my bike later this week. Bonus... Shop dog :)
