RecommendedThanks Jay for a great repair on my road bike. With all of the volume they have faced as bikes are brought out of mothballs during COVID-19 and with many hardcore cyclists having more time to ride they have been inundated. My repair fell through the cracks but when they recognized the snafu they were responsive, worked with me, and the bike performed great today thanks to Jay who gave up precious weekend hours to completely rebuild my tire along with a tune-up! #HarpethBikeClub.

Great experience all the way around. Jay got me fitted on a great bike. Gave me some good pointers. Told me about the free class every month. Didn’t pressure me or try to up sell me. Everyone there was exception!

I had really really bad experience at this place today. All the younger staffs were very nice and helpful except one older one named ROD. He was extremely rude and mean to my son. I would never come back! Sorry you just has lost a potential customer who was going to spend good amount of money at your shop!
Certainly the best bike shop in the Middle Tennessee area. We live in Hendersonville but do all our business with RB's, passing by several other bike shops. I trust Jay with all my questions on my tri bike. I bought my Cervelo P3 with Jay and have had it serviced there several times. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain and educate you.

Found a gem of a used bike at RB’s. It would have been $1,500 brand new but I got it for considerably less. They made sure it fit me, and had me compare it to some new ones. I have not had a new bike in 25 yrs! This was an incredible upgrade!! Grateful to Brandon and the staff at RB’s! Ps Could not wait for warmer weather had to burn some 350 calories on my “new” fitness bike!
With the wet and cold weather, I haven't been able to ride my bike. Stopped by and talked to Jay. He ordered me a trainer for my beach cruiser and now I can ride inside. What a great solution. This was my second visit to the shop. Good customer service and so very helpful to a novice rider.
