Jaret was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient with our family! We ended up buying two bikes and had an outstanding experience. He even helped us load the bikes in the car after a quick lesson on bike care. Very fair prices, too! We will be fans of R.B.'S for life.
My wife picked my bike up for me earlier today. The guy there helped her to the car and helped her load the bike and was very kind. I rode it as soon as she got home with it and it has never shifted so firmly and precisely since I've owned it. The price of the tune up is excellent and the bike was completed ahead of schedule. Thanks for the great work! I'll be back!
