recently purchased a GLC from Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and dishonest. After driving off the lot, I quickly discovered that the entire passenger side A/C wasnt working. This issue was never disclosed or tested before the sale. I recently purchased a vehicle from you, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Just 2.5 weeks after taking the care home, I noticed several issues that required repairs. THEY CHARGE YOU THE DIAGNOSTIC OF $495 EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR THE REPAIR , I EVEN MADE SURE PAYING FOR THE REPAIRS WILL WAIVE THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE ON THE PHONE AND THEY WONT ADMIT TO IT WHICH MAKES ME A LIAR !

The worst dealership in the whole state of ********** they had my ******* car for over 1 month doing warranty work and would never give me and update after calling over **************************************************************************************************************************************** wearing my kippah he became very aggressive and when I explained to him my car isnt fixed right he told me theres nothing he can do and if I dont like their service to go to another dealer very racist and incompetent *****

I only went to this dealership because the prior dealership ft ********** was chargeing me ****** more for thermostat this why i arrived at the west Chester location only to get even more disappointed this is the the one 1260 Wilmington,,,i got the repair done keep in mind i have previous diagnostic reading before i went well aware of what s going on with car i bought the reading to Chester it was no indication of the present issue i now have which is now turbo charger the code P0299 AFTER they repaired thermostat i pick car... read more
