Hi so my company gave them a check it came back my ex employee was using the wrong account I cleared all this up a few years ago I called to order a part they are really rude, disrespectful and racist and said they wont sale me anything mind you I cleared everything up years ago I get talked to very rudely I contacted headquarters and they were on a three way call when a member of the parts team hung up in my face ****,****,and ****** are very rude and racist.
Express Service I have been taking my mercedes to RBM for the last five years and have been impressed with their customer service. Joey in the express service very helpful and I would recommend asking for him.
I have been a customer of **********************'s service department for over 10 years. On 05/12/22 - 05/18/22 & 08/01/22 - 08/05/22 I received HORRIBLE service from this dealership & was taken advantage of. On 05/18/22 I paid $3529.83 for RBM to repair my **** ML350 air conditioner (**) which would only blow hot air. They replaced the condenser, ************ from compressor to condenser. May ***** 2022 the A/C condenser was replaced due to a leak that was originally diagnosed July 2019.July 30 2022 the A/C stopped cooling again. Vehicle was brought back in on August 1-6. It was diagnosed on this visit the A/C compressor had failed internally causing metal fragments to enter the lines. I visited RBM of Atlanta for a small key fob and gas cap issue on Feb 12. I received the WORST service EVER from an associate by the name of *************************. He was condescending, rude, disrespectful, brash. I later found out he had been with Mercedes for 19 years. Unexplainable! How does begin to talk to someone like that. No manners. Told me it would be 5 hours to diagnose my vehicle for a loose gas cap. Very upset and may have to find another location to go to.
