Couldn't ask for a better experience! Bill Winslow is the best! I was offered a very fair price for my trade - RBM is upfront and honest with trade-in offers, nothing hidden or rearranged to make your purchase price more appealing. I've never dealt with a dealer and a salesman as honest as RBM and Bill, so that was a shock in a good way! Great experience all around.
RBM North Service goes above and beyond - in the unlikely event they fail to satisfy, they rectify it if you bring it to their attention. Yesterday they once again exceeded my expectations - and I never got farther than the Service lane: "oh sure, pop the hood" and I was on my way in 10 minutes. No Charge, just a smile.
