This property manager is the worst! never follows up with even a hazardous situation like a broken tree branch! You can hardly reach out to him and he keeps forgetting all the requests. At the end deduct cleaning fees and etc from your security deposit. Be aware if you rent from Brett!!!
I whole-heartily recommend Brett Frosaker. He came highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. It is rare to come across a property manager that genuinely cares. Whenever I had a problem or issue he was very responsive in dealing with it himself or sending one of his maintenance people right away.
RENTERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE. I could write a horror novel about our experience with Brett, but I will try to keep it as short as possible with only the most egregious things: His business is not registered in the state of Washington to do business (I would attach a photo, but I'm unsure of the legality of that, so I will let you do your own digging on the Washington Secretary of State website). If you are a property owner, avoid Brett Frosaker and his RBI Property Management/Realty Brokers company at all cost. Brett waiting 64 days before notifying me of my tenant's notice to move out. Brett then waited an additional 10 days, a total of 74 days, to list my property for rent on August 10, 2025. Brett Frosaker has been my property manager for at least 10 years. I would highly recommend him. He reliably provided me with good renters who paid up on time over the years. And when I decided to sell he made it simple to deal with all the way from Canada on my cell phone. Amazing! Very efficient, reliable and courteous. Thank you so much, Brett!
