Brett Frosaker has been my property manager for at least 10 years. I would highly recommend him. He reliably provided me with good renters who paid up on time over the years. And when I decided to sell he made it simple to deal with all the way from Canada on my cell phone. Amazing! Very efficient, reliable and courteous. Thank you so much, Brett!

First and foremost, Brett is a high integrity individual who always does the right thing for his clients and tenants. He has a very calm and pleasing personality, works well in stressful situations and just gets things done. He has managed our property for 2+ years in Queen Anne, he's been responsive throughout and follows up on issues with a recommended plan of action. He has been very reasonable and transparent with his management fees.
I'm sure this guy is great at the upkeep of his assigned physical properties, but when it comes to responding to phone calls and emails - I'm giving him a negative review. Tried multiple times to connect about renting a property, but his team is not so swell about returning inquiries or calls. And I'm not one to harass a guy with tons of voicemails/texts/emails. Brett was great to work with! He is extremely responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. He gave me great advice and made the process of renting out our townhome stress free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager!
