I had an appointment scheduled for 8:15am. I called their phone line many times without answer for assistance on locating their building since address 1125 17th is actually several large medical buildings. Their office is noted online to not open until 8:30am , so it was unclear to me why my appointment was noted to be 8:15am. Their building unit is not listed, so it was very difficult to locate. Been going here for so long. Love the staff and the quality of service I receive. I just wish that the complex would repair the parking lot. Other than that everything is great.
