Staff here is ok but the wait times are always insane. I only have an issue with wait times when I come to this specific branch. I requested to have my statements printed, but the teller refused because it’s “all online now”. When I told her the other branch has done it for me before she then said she could do it but would charge me, in my opinion she just didn’t want to do it.
This is absolutely the worst branch of RBC that I have ever seen. Always a wait time out the door parking is ridiculous. There’s no place to park and if you managed to park on the side cause there’s no spots you have nowhere to turn around you have to back out of the parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . They watch the line go outside the door and not one employee tries to consolidate the line this is not a one time event EVERY TIME I come to this location there is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I’m here today lined out the door only one teller working .
This bank seriously needs to hire more tellers. The wait is ridiculous
What a joke, have gone to that bank 3 times, always a half hour wait in line and this time there was no parking available, tellers are very nice, but management doesn't care.
