Got an estimate appointment super fast, very friendly and answered all my questions. Very educated and would highly recommend!!
We had an appointment with Rick scheduled at 3:00. He never showed or called to let us know he was late. He finally answered my 8th or 9th call. He said he would be there at 5:00 and at 5:15 still was not there. This is ludicrous. If you can’t make it, communicate. Let your customer that is sitting around waiting for you know that you cannot keep your commitment. When he finally rolled up after 5:30, we let him know that we were not happy with his customer service thus far. He responded with, “Have a nice day.” and drove off... read more
