I am 75 years old and I received my laundry cart and put it together by myself. Most things I order are made okay. This cart is well made and can’t wait to use it today. I have a hard time lifting laundry baskets with my bad back. This is going to save my back. I am very happy with your product.

“When the laundry basket was delivered, the frame was bent and the wheels didn't all contact the floor. The basket also had a couple of places that were bent, but it functioned just fine. The outer box was fully intact, so it was pretty obvious that the damage had occurred prior to being packed and leaving the factory. When I contacted the seller with photos, they got right back to me letting know that they had been in touch with the manufacturer. R & B Wire is a rare company in a day where most companies provide terrible customer service and don't care about their customers. I've had one of their laundry carts for years and the rubber casing around one of the wheels came off. I love the cart and didn't want to replace it so I took a chance and reached out to them to see if a replacement wheel was even available.
