Had the ridge blow loose from high winds. I Called R.B. roofing and Travis came out in a couple days as agreed upon. He went over and above explaining the issue and fixes for what in reality was a minor job. He definitely over delivered on service and quality. He was out sooner than agreed upon and had it done promptly. He explained other issues that may come up on the future and sealed a vent that had begun to drip. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Russ and his team did a fantastic job for our new roof, it is a great craftsmanship! They also added extra vents on top of our garage for better ventilation, and their price is very competitive, we love our new roof!
Best price in town. Quality products with solid warranties. Travis was professional, communicative, honest and did everything he said he would. I have found my go to roofers.
We discovered a roof leak and called Travis the next morning. He made it over to our house same day, fixed the problem (went above and beyond actually by mitigating other problematic shingles) and charged a very reasonable amount. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!
