Richard was an extremely nice and professional to work with. He confirmed my appointment time a day prior, arrived on time, and finished earlier than expected. The rugs look great and his pricing was very reasonable. He even offered to clean two extra rugs for free (in addition to the one he previously agreed to clean for free, as per our phone conversation). I would highly reccomend!

It was a catastrophe. everywhere is chocolate. And the Internet hacks were useless; in fact, they just served to worsen the appearance of our new couch. When Richard exited once he was finished, it was as if nothing had ever occurred. Excellent work, definitely recommended!

My daughter's college apartment's carpet needed cleaning, so we called them in. Just think how filthy that was! Richard made sure we were satisfied with the job and even sent someone back to recheck one area that was really challenging to be honest about. We were really grateful for the professionalism and attention to detail.
