Razzoo's do have good food but the location in Texas in Springs has the worst manager name John, he is very rude and disrespected and I just did not like the way he treated us all because when the person told them we had 10 people in our party we ended up having 12 two extra kids, and he tells us we was gone have to go back out and wait again for a table of 12. Not the fact that we had already waited almost 3hrs in the cold and rain for a table so this was just beyond rude to me so I will no longer visit or eat there anymore... read more
Went to Razzoo's in Cedar Hill Texas. The food was good but didn't like sign. Quote: Be Nice or Leave. Just don't think a cookie cutter approach should be taken for all of Razzoo's customers. All customers are not difficult customers.
We have visited the Ft Worth and Cedar Hill locations and both are the exact same....food is good, but service is pathetic at best. Good food isn't enough in today's tough market. Service HAS to accompany the food .
