YOU NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! 2 HR WAIT
This was a horrible experience. After my food was late, I talk to the manager he was rude... The General Manager was also rude. John Deweese...and talk loudly trying to defend the point the manager was trying to make... Never again.....
The Razoos in Cedar Hill, TX is unprofessional, not prepared for guests, and does not know the meaning of customer service. I called ahead for my son's birthday and was told they could not accommodate a party of 20. It's not that the Manager, Bobby, said they couldn't, it's the fact that he gave an abrupt NO over the phone, offered no apologies, and hung up. Please understand, patrons keep you employed. NEVER eating here again!
The razzoo's Garland at firewheel is horrible! My husband found hair in his chicken wing and nor the waitress or the manager agreed to comp my husbands meal considering the circumstances. The manager actually told us the best could do is either make more wings (Really) or remove the appetizer from our bill. I will not be spending my hard earned money at this establishment again! Simple Customer Service People!
Selected Razzoos Downtown Fort Worth for my birthday celebration dinner. 25 people. Manager come to area and make a speech about gratuity in front of whole restaurant. I almost went there with him but I decided not to. When I get good service gratuity is a lot cheaper to pay.
I tried to make a call in order to the cedar hill location in Uptown was yelled at then hung up on. I then called back to speak to a manager I could hear the hostesses laughing in the background as I was hung up on again. I went to establishment to talk with the manager she was nonchalant, unconcerned and pretty much brushed me off. I will never visit this location again. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS PISS POOR STAFF.
