Awful service, expensive, issues with my account saying I owe them more money when I'm already paying them hundreds of dollars. Rude managers and customer service reps. I've never felt so talked down to buy a company, if I didnt need the service I'd cancel. I strongly don't recommend these people and there service. Talked down to me and tried to give me a guilt trip and make me be thankful for there issues and faults. I'm upset and rattled by the ordeal. Zero stars.
A very reliable service for those living in rural areas. I had problems installing a new modem and tech support spent an hour on the phone sorting through the issues until things start working. If you're a Snowflake Millennial who thinks everything in life should be free then you should keep going to the library for your Internet.
It is rather difficult to live/work in the modern world without internet service. If you don't believe me, just try Razzolink. With our premium $100/mo 5MPS service see the attached picture running at 0.65MPS. I should be thankful we are not totally down. But 0.65 is not fast enough to keep up with a webpage, so (as typical) I have to use my cellphone hotspot. Even more maddening, it occasionally works, sort of as a tease. Actual garbage. Maxes out at 3mbps, insanely expensive, 250 GB data cap, occasionally just shuts off, long waits for tech-support. If there was another non-satellite option in the area I would switch INSTANTLY.
