I had a very disappointing experience at Razzari Ford. At first, everything seemed fine—Jazz was helpful and attentive while I was buying the car. But once the sale was completed, everything changed. After I started having issues with the car, I tried reaching out to Jazz multiple times through calls and texts, and he never responded. It honestly felt like once he got his commission, he was done. Drove 2 hours from the Bay Area to pick up a used RAV4. Smooth process from start to finish. Set up an appointment with Carolina who also provided transparent out the door pricing and a trade in estimate via text. We were there for an event and we met a fantastic person named Jay. She was very friendly and helpful with parking and other things. She is a super employee it looks like . She knew where everything thing was parking,restroom,coffe ect. She made our event extra special to have her walking around keeping everyone safe and secure.
