Buying a car is easy but coming back and needing help with service or warranty work forget it. They just want you to buy there car and leave. I bought 3 service trucks from them and they don't bother even getting back to me.
June 4, 2026. I made an appointment for an oil change at 2:30 today. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early. Service order rider area only one person she was overworked and behind when she did get to me it was beyond my 2:30 appointment. She explained that an oil change would take two hours or longer. We were taken care of by salesman, Christian, and finance department. They went above and beyond that they stuck with us until after 11pm to make sure they got us the best deal, which they did. We’re happy with our car!
I had a very disappointing experience at Razzari Ford. At first, everything seemed fine—Jazz was helpful and attentive while I was buying the car. But once the sale was completed, everything changed. After I started having issues with the car, I tried reaching out to Jazz multiple times through calls and texts, and he never responded. It honestly felt like once he got his commission, he was done.
