Don’t recommend. After reviewing how bad Turlock dodge was, I thought merced dodge would be better. Took my car in for a simple recall…. Came out with a few dents on my car. No accountability no call back from whoever is in charge and I contacted dodge corporate and still no call back. Will contact regional manager next that oversees this dealership and can you imagine if I or anyone else bought a brand new vehicle here and would take responsibility for the damage left by careless employees ? Service Advisor Felipe Jimenez has been great to work with. With some unfortunate issues of my newly purchased vehicle (not from this dealership) Felipe kept me in the loop and the service team/tech addressed the issues in a timely matter. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Will come again when needed.
These folks really understand service and genuinely seem to like helping customers. I have gone there for everything from general maintenance to parts and service and they always take great care of things. Jim and his crew are amazing. Additional kudos to Tim in the commercial shop for his skills and 5 star service!
