After I received a haircut I went to pay, and they notified me that they have increased their prices by 50% due to Covid. I expressed concern and asked that a manager call me as I would have liked to been privy to this information prior to the checkout. The owner's called, and his reply was - Razrbar sent you an email not their fault I didn't read it, followed by asking that I never come back. He did refund me but with customer service (by the owner) like that I will gladly spend my $50 for a haircut somewhere else...

His attention to detail and honest recommendations will give you the best haircut you ever had. I have received several compliments on my haircut and then show John’s business card so others can have a great experience!
