There was a mistake around scheduling when I came in, but I was immediately reassured that they valued my time and would prioritize me. The attentiveness of the receptionist coupled with the notably friendly atmosphere made my first visit comfy and memorable from the start. My hair stylist Lia helped me understand what I wanted done with my hair--I'm quite ignorant--and produced results I'm super happy with. Thanks guys!
