As great as my haircuts have always been here and as cool as these guys are, it's really disappointing that you basically HAVE to have an appointment if you want to get a cut now. 2:30 on a weekday? Nope, need an appointment. I won't be back. I used drive an hour out of my way to go here. No more. Now I need to find another shop closer that is decent, which has been a challenge.
I had a really good cut as usual, but I didn't appreciate being kept waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. It won't stop me from going there again but I'm hoping for more consideration next time.
We came in from NYC and my girlfriend needed a haircut super bad. While looking online I came across this business and we decided to head down without an appointment. Once we walked in they guys were so nice and friendly, (which is super great to hear coming from NY lol) they asked what she wanted done and they took her right away. Everybody was so nice and polite. For two girls to go into a barber shop can be a little intimidating, not here though.
