I've trusted the quality work of Razorback Piping Systems for the repair and maintenance of my residential plumbing for years. They've repaired a leaky pipe or two (one in a rather precarious location that had to be accessed in crawl space) and replaced our hot water heater. I am curious as to why my husband's post of our horrendous experience with your company was deleted. Thank you for draining our hot water heater and cutting the pipes only to then realize you had brought the wrong water heater to our house. It doesn't matter who ordered the wrong one. What matters is that our family is without hot water because of your ineptitude. Never again. I will go out of my way to let others know you are not a company to do business with.

Hard working small business. When it was time to sell my house I needed a second opinion on some water stains in the crawl space. Razorback Piping Systems was quick to respond. Came out and inspected it and sent me the report in no time.
We used them through our warranty because we had to and they came out and diagnosed the problem that we already knew and charged the $65 fee. They don't want to do warranty work for some reason.

As unpleasant experience as it was to have to get the septic line replaced with being at my house for less than a year was, these guys do good work. I first used them for my garbage disposal was messing up. I had a home warranty and they was the ones that showed up to fix it. And while they was here I asked if they could replace a septic line because my line was collapsing.
