Renn and Nick were very accommodating and worked through our pickiness of being “just perfect” when hanging a chandelier. We appreciate their “no problem “ attitude in satisfying our requests. We have another project and requesting these guys to help us again!
Prompt response by a quality crew to my urgent need for electrical service. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem and finished their work professionally within a hour. Outstanding service and response.
Shoddy service and poor communications. Very disappointing as I have had good work provided by Razorback in the past. Follow up: I am pleased to report that Razorback reached out apologized and scheduled another appointment to fix their mistakes. They spent most of a day making the corrections at their expense. Everyone makes mistakes. Not everyone acknowledges them and does the right thing. I will definitely use and recommend Razorback after this experience.
