Chad Chad Chad. Chad came to my home & fixed every issue I had going on with my unit. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did. I’ve been using Razorback a/c company for about 10 years now. The most professional hvac company out there. I could give you a few examples of them coming to troubleshoot a problem for me and end up fixing 2 or 3 things and only charging me for one bc they didn’t get it the first time. Or them being the only company to figure out an issue. All the techs I’ve ever dealt with have been knowledgeable and professional. We are new home owners. Had service man come to house due to water backed up in unit. Service man blew the line and said it was fixed. Backed up again a week later causing it to leak on to our motherboard shorting it out and needing to be replaced. Service man came back out replaced motherboard and cleared line again. 3 days later leaking again. Called a plumber who without even making it all the way up the steps noticed the drain line was back flowing because it was not level. Fixed it less than an hour. Plumber also notice... read more
