I called Razorback Tuesday, September 8th and they came the same day. Devin got me back up and running. He was extremely professional. He took his time and explained the problem, as well as what causes it, and the solution. I could not have asked for a better technician. My home is cooling again.
One of my a/c units quit working during this awful heatwave. I called Razorback and they were able to get to me the following afternoon. Everyone there was so nice and Joseph was able to get my geriatric a/c unit back up and running and I found their price to be entirely reasonable. If you're looking for a good company, I can highly recommend them.
Marcos with Razorback was great! Very skilled, patient and located several errors from the company I had install our inside and outside unit. I highly recommend Marcos with Razorback! Came out and did an amazing job! Need to contact him regarding the safe-t switch not being connected to anything. Keeps filling up with water. This was due by the original installers. Not razorback. I just noticed this issue.
