the first person I was working with was great, almost finish getting prices and someone else just took over the phone call and pretty much blew me off. Said he would call me back in five minutes and never did.
Unhappy due to their lack of respect to possible future customers by their lack of respect to parked vehicles on a city street by blocking their vehicles with big pile of snow after a snow storm, clearly there is other spots to put the snow and not put others in a position where they can’t move their vehicles if a emergency does happen.
Big rave to razor city rentals! We got a dump trailer yesterday and got a load went to kaycee and had nothing but problems with it dumping! Got it dumped finally and got a backload to home! Trouble again only worse! Ended up have to empty by shovels! Called to tell them it would be a little late getting it back! Hubby got it back and not only did they reimburse us for the fluid we had to buy but the charged us nothing for the rental! They could have easily accused us of being at fault ( which we weren't) but they treated us ... read more
If you're looking for a reason to want to poke yourself in the eye, take your equipment to Razor City Rental to be "repaired". Slower than a speeding amoeba, a serious telephone phobia leading to absolutely no communication unless I called and hounded them - and then the amount of time spent on the phone to be told "I don't know" or "we were waiting for your approval" would have been better spent knitting a mermaid tail for my dog. And the darn thing still wasn't completely fixed.
We had a small communication issue about what type of vibra-screed to rent, but I found a contact for after-hours (at 9:30pm!) and they went above and beyond to get us the correct equipment that night! Everything worked out and we’re super pleased with the way we were treated. We will continue to rent from here for our home construction needs!
