I arrived in severe pain after two bee stings, unable to drive, and the front staff were very kind in helping me quickly. Unfortunately, my initial consultation with the doctor was discouraging. Despite being in tears, I was asked to wait while he focused on his laptop, and at one point I was told words that made me feel dismissed.
