The reception staff are often unkind, and there appears to be unequal treatment toward patients who are not white or Asian. They frequently speak in another language in front of customers, which feels unprofessional and exclusionary. This has happened multiple times, and unfortunately, I expect it may continue. I’m looking forward to finding a new family doctor so I won’t need to return to this clinic. The only positive aspect of my experience here has been Dr. Choi, who has been consistently good.
***Racist establishment*** I had a deeply upsetting experience at this location. My friend and I came for a doctor’s appointment and were trying to deal with registration issues. Instead of receiving help, we were stared at, confronted, and the situation escalated almost immediately into police involvement. Outstanding and professional service, would recommend
I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. It was very easy to arrange my appointment, and the receptionist was kind, respectful, and very responsive. The doctors are also very nice and knowledgeable, and they take the time to listen and explain things clearly. Overall, the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
I was extremely sceptical of walking into this clinic after reviews. But it was quite the opposite. Everyone including receptionist and pharmacy were very friendly, calm and professional. Dr Choy is amazing explained really well and is super patient. In and out 15 mins.
