I used the walk-in clinic today (without an appointment) at RAZI Wellness Walk-In Clinic. The process was streamlined, quick and pleasant. I saw a doctor in 20 minutes. Dr Maharaj was so nice, put me right at ease, listened carefully, asked some questions, then examined me. She gave me her diagnosis, gave me a prescription and I was on my way. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic on Eglinton & Mt Pleasant.
I’ve been visiting this clinic every month and always make my appointments through the app. Because each visit only allows one purpose, I have to see the same doctor twice each month — one day for a prescription for my injection, and the next day to actually receive the injection. At the end of September, I booked two consecutive appointments as usual. I attended the first one, but the next day I was told that my doctor wasn’t working. Dr. James Choi is truly the best doctor I have met in Canada in the past 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough and clear guidance. He helped me resolve a health issue that other doctors couldn’t figure out for months. I was very impressed by the level of attention and expertise he offered — a rare experience at a walk-in clinic. He is definitely my first choice for medical care. Highly recommend!
If you ever consider using Razi Wellness Travel …don’t. I booked an appointment, paid $40 on arrival and waited 88 minutes before seeing the supposed travel “expert” doctor. They actually served walk in patients with no appointments long before me. And, the doctor was a joke. He asked me the requirements for Tanzania the country I am to visit. don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to share my experience at this clinic. I arrived in severe pain after two bee stings, unable to drive, and the front staff were very kind in helping me quickly. Unfortunately, my initial consultation with the doctor was discouraging. Despite being in tears, I was asked to wait while he focused on his laptop, and at one point I was told words that made me feel dismissed.
