Dr. Saj Jivraj is a skilled and professional dentist and worked with me to get the type of mouthguard I needed to protect my teeth from grinding away. I have a tendency to chew thorugh regular mouthguards and he went out of his way to get me the best prices for a specialized mouthguard that would have ordinarly been quite expensive. In regards to Anacapa's dental hygienist, Darlene, I can't give enough praise for her. She is the best hygienist that I have ever gone to. As can happen with the best of establishments, I encountered a problem in my dealings with Anacapa Dental Art Institute. To be clear, this was not their fault. The issue was with an outside contractor, and after having the problem explained to me I realized that this could have happened to anyone performing that particular kind of work. very real,no hype a short tour around facilities super clean in all. straight explanation of x rays and different options to help you know their is more than one option to decide on.DR. AND STAFF WERE GREAT.
Went in for the obligatory periodic cleaning this morning. Staff were warm, friendly and outgoing as usual. It's a pleasure to be welcomed, given personal attention and receive superior service... which is why I keep coming back. What's not to like?
No one looks forward to going to their dentist appointment but I must say Anacapa is different. The Doc Is the best with a staff of well trained ladies ready to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Always professional and friendly and really works hard to deliver on the promise of the perfect smile for every client :)
From the first contact with Nancy, my experience was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Adriana efficiently did my x-rays and pictures. Josee presented my treatment/payment options and got me scheduled for my first treatment in less than 2 weeks. Most impressive was Dr Saj, who told me something about my issue that I'd never heard before. I made a quick decision because of their professionalism and expertise.
All the personal are very professional and nice and the Dr.is very kind full
