They do a very bad job with answering the phones and returning calls. I have been trying to check the status of my case for weeks now. At the start of service when they were trying to get my business, I didn't have any problems getting a hold of them but I get nothing at all now. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication.
This was my first time experiencing an accident. A friend referred me to Niko’s law firm. And i am satisfied. Niko and James did a thorough job with my case and established a clear line of communication. I would definitely use them again God forbid for future accidental cases.
